近期NIW/Eb-1A批准案例及专业背景
This report includes some of the NIW and Eb-1A/B cases filed by Liu &
Associates and recently approved by the USCIS. We list the basic credentials of each
case and hope our readers find the information helpful. For confidentiality purpose,
a letter is assigned in alphabetical order to replace the petitioner/beneficiary's
name in each case. It is our firm’s policy to hold client’s information strictly
confidential.
In the past few months, USCIS has diverted some resources to process I-485 and
other high priority cases, and as a result, the processing of I-140 cases has been
significantly delayed. Currently, TSC and NSC are still processing I-140 cases filed
in July 2007 although some cases filed after July 2007 have been adjudicated.
