Ms. Christina T. Le is licensed to practice law in the State of Texas and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas. She is a managing partner at LPY Law Group, practice exclusively immigration and nationality law. She has nearly two decades of experience in various areas of immigration law, and her current practice focuses on employment-based immigrant and non-immigrant petitions.

Le began her legal career at the U.S. Department of Justice, where she was selected for the U.S. Attorney General's Honors Program and served as an Attorney Advisor at the Houston Immigration Court (EOIR), gaining significant experience in deportation and removal proceedings. During law school, Ms. Le served as a student attorney at the University of Houston Law Center's Immigration Clinic, working with clients to apply for immigration benefits and advocating for clients in removal defense and administrative and judicial appeals. As a volunteer with non-profit organizations, she has helped clients obtain permanent residency and other immigration benefits.

Motivated by her work with victims of human trafficking during law school, Ms. Le studied and published a research guide, The Exploitation of Women and Children: A Comparative Study of Human Trafficking Laws between the United States-Mexico and China-Vietnam (GlobaLex, August 2007). Ms. Le also served as Senior Articles Editor of the Houston Business & Tax Law Journal and published Comment: The Honeymoon’s Over: States Crack Down on the Virtual World’s Tax-Free Love Affair with E-Commerce, (Hous. Bus. & Tax L.J., Spring 2007).

Ms. Le remains dedicated to pro bono activities and continues to volunteer her time with non-profit organizations in the Houston-area.
