I.        Documents Provided by Petitioner/Beneficiary:

1.        Resume;
2.        Copy of Ph.D. or Master degree certificates;
3.        Copy of published papers (journal articles, book chapters, etc.);
4.        Citation record directly downloaded from Web of Science or ISI;
5.        Copy of conference presentations, abstracts, and invitations to conferences;
6.        Requests for reprints of your publications, if any;
7.        Awards or honors, if any;
8.        Copy of membership card in professional associations, if any;
9.        Evidence showing experience as a peer reviewer, if any;
10.      Evidence showing Petitioner has played a leading or key role in research projects, if applicable;
11.      Evidence showing that Petitioner's work has been reported by professional media, if any;
12.      Copy of passport ID page;
13.      Copy of both sides of I-94 (if applicable);
14.       Proof of legal status in the U.S. (if applicable)

II.        Documents provided by References:

1.         Supporting letters printed under the official letterhead and properly signed;
2.         C.V. or resume of each reference;
3.         Contact information of each reference.
